Technician Stephen is our guy for service through vector and he's always been so helpful, he gave us his work cell and told us if we need anything to call him. He has always answered when I ring him and has always helped me. He recently talked me through setting up a rule for my camera when I called him after hours. He's nothing but helpful!

I'd give technician Stephen 10 stars if I could. He recently came out and did a system inspection for us. I feel bad cause I kinda forgot about doing a review for him but hes great and as always was knowledgeable and helpful. Arrived early and Answered all the questions we had.
This is for the technician Stephen. He is phenomenal! I had some problems with my cameras and system and remembered he gave me his card. I called him and he took the time out of his day to walk me through exactly what to do to reset my camera so it was working again while also instructing me on how to fix one of my sensors that had fallen off. This type of customer service is why I stay with Vector! Keep up the great work, Stephen!!
