Awful customer service during an emergency
I have had Victor security for my residential home for over 10 years.The System would often have issues every 3 to 6 months requiring a service call. Service appointments were very limited Communication between the service scheduler and technician is poor if any specific time constraints exist regarding your service appointment. We upgraded to a new panel and still had the same issues. I would highly advise seeking a more competent, responsive company for your security needs.. The installation went smoothly. The Tech, Dan, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything beforehand and when finished, talked us through the system.
This place needs to change the people that they have doing their interview. It's not just me I had a friend interview for a job here also and we both felt like they didn't want to interview us. I've never felt so uncomfortable during an interview it was so bad I seriously thought about ending the interview myself.
Horrible customer service. Failure to follow up, two no-show appointments, messages left with no return phone calls. I would like to note that I have alarm.com systems in different states and Vector is significantly worse than my other provider. I’m not sure what is going on with this company in the last year, but please do your research before installing with them.
