Before the move, I specifically told the crew that my framed photos, TVs, mirrors, kitchen items, and other fragile belongings needed to be carefully packed and wrapped because many of them were valuable and easily damaged. Unfortunately, those instructions were not followed. When I arrived at my destination and opened the U-Haul for the first time, I found multiple items damaged and discovered that several fragile belongings had been loaded with little to no protection.
