took the chance a year ago with Vector Motorsports to get some 4.10 rear gears put into my 03 mustang gt. we agreed on a timeframe and I sent it in. they pushed back the deadline 2 days and I basically FORCED them to finish it by then. 150 miles later and it’s whirring incredibly loud. they thankfully took it back and “fixed” the issue quickly on their own dime, but now a year later, and 2000 total miles put on the differential, following all break in procedures, it is whirring incredibly loudly again. the reviews don’t lie,... read more
They are trash.. I’m surprised they are still in business..
By Far the worst Customer Service I have ever delt with for an auto shop. never got any updates and I would have to call to get an update. every time I asked for information or an ETA and the response I would always get is "I don't know, but I will call you back in a few hours." a few days will pass by with no call back. just simple call backs and actual answers other than "I dont know" would be nice.
Despite having to pay twice for disassembly of a torque tube rebuild, the quality of work was good.
Just had a cam, Lt headers and a dyno tune installed on my 2012 Camaro SS at Vector Motorsports and couldn't be happier. The car drives and sounds amazing. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I would highly recommend Vector Motorsports.
