Starting my HRT here was the best thing I could of done in the situation, but once I started on progesterone, Michelle Green refused to prescribe progesterone over a year over "health risks" and "losing her license." This was listed as an informed consent clinic, but looks like there's a catch of using very old information about progesterone against transwomen. your best bet is to go to planned parenthood up in Rogers if you want a true informed consent experience. I have tried to call multiple times, left multiple messages, all in attempts to see if I am still a patient or not. Do yourself a favor and sort by newest reviews. Edit: I had attempted to contact Vector to resolve my concern prior to posting my review. Instead they were rude, refused to correct their own billing errors, and refused to see me, claiming it was because of an outstanding bill that should've been fully covered by my ARHome insurance if not for Vector's billing errors, when it was made very clear by me and my insurance provider that they were at fault for the errors, and it was evident that I shouldn't have been billed in the first place. Good staff and a professional doctor who for some reason has a one size fits all approach to HRT. It's been 3 years and I have basically not changed because of the terrible prescription you gave me, learn and do better.
This doctors office exists to profit off queer people who are too scared to go to a better and more typical primary care doctor. If you need to see them for a follow up, expect to wait up to and over 3 weeks for an appointment. And as others have mentioned, the cancellation policy is cruel and greedy. This is a completely for profit business, with a successful model of targeting queers and their fears, make no mistake about it.
