This has been the most thorough doctor for a PCP I have ever went to in my life !!! And I have lived in multiple states and had a whole lot of doctors since I'm considered a medically complicated patient. If you need to be in there an hour an hour and a half then she gives it to you. I'm very different than her typical patient but so impressed by her. She does everything she can to assist. Starting my HRT here was the best thing I could of done in the situation, but once I started on progesterone, Michelle Green refused to prescribe progesterone over a year over "health risks" and "losing her license." This was listed as an informed consent clinic, but looks like there's a catch of using very old information about progesterone against transwomen. your best bet is to go to planned parenthood up in Rogers if you want a true informed consent experience. I have tried to call multiple times, left multiple messages, all in attempts to see if I am still a patient or not. Do yourself a favor and sort by newest reviews. Edit: I had attempted to contact Vector to resolve my concern prior to posting my review. Instead they were rude, refused to correct their own billing errors, and refused to see me, claiming it was because of an outstanding bill that should've been fully covered by my ARHome insurance if not for Vector's billing errors, when it was made very clear by me and my insurance provider that they were at fault for the errors, and it was evident that I shouldn't have been billed in the first place.
