I have been working with Mark for some time now, setting goals and achieving them along the way. Mark is always enthusiastic, encouraging and genuinely invested in helping his clients succeed. Great staff, thanks. The gym area is getting very busy, confined. Two sets of dumbbells eight feet apart. One could be relocated further down the gym. If you wish to talk to me that’s fine.
I booked an appointment online with Miche Hansen for a session scheduled two days later. When I entered my credit card details, I expected only a pre‑authorisation (common practice). Instead, Vector Health charged the full $130 immediately. On a previous page of their website, their own terms and conditions state that payment is required at the time of the appointment. I would highly recommend the Stronger for Longer program at Vector Health. The staff are incredibly friendly, encouraging and always willing to help, creating a welcoming environment for everyone. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, enjoy some social interaction and build new friendships. The program not only helps improve strength and fitness but has a positive impact on mental wellbeing, leaving participants feeling more confident, motivated and connected.
