Vector was out and about in our neighborhood as a follow up to some gas line work that Spire was doing. Without warning they needed access to my sewer clean out in the backyard to do a routine inspection. I would have appreciated a heads up though, as I had no idea this would be required. The crew was courteous and nice. However, we once saw one of the crew urinating on the side of a garage in the alley. I didn’t appreciate that, but I guess when you got to go you got to go. Get some porta potties guys!
I’m not sure why they think it’s ok to block people in their driveways.
I had a gentleman by the name of Ian, ask if he could inspect my sewer line to check for gas. He was very informative and polite, explaining every step of the sewer line inspection. He was in and out in 10 minutes and I feel safer knowing there’s no gas in my sewer!
Ian did a really good job. Inspected my sewer lateral to ensure no gas leaks had occurred. Top notch guy, top notch service
