Ive asked to have a physical card sent to me twice now and still no luck. Its also very hard to get ahold of anyone. They have no problem taking my money weekly but they have a problem with providing service

Always willing to help explain policies to our employees and will even come in to the office once a year to explain policy changes to all employees!
