Terrible department. The staff are rude and obnoxious (well at least the ones I was forced to deal with) they are quite happy to lie through their teeth.
Had some work in the property I am renting from the housing association I agree I was liable for the cost their contractor put in an over the bath shower and they have invoiced me £517 looked online and the exact shower costs £59.99 have bought it to the attention of the repairs and have been told to contact mountjoy who have said I should contact vectis housing. I understand buying locally from the supplier might be a bit more but not that much of an increase.
I've been with vectis 3 years and I'm soo happy to be with them awesome HS...

Unbelievable how they have changed in the last 10 years. You felt as if they valued you as a tenant if you valued their property, every thing changed in a short space of time. I completely distrust them and am frightened by their decisions.
