I am in disbelief at how the cashier spoke and caused a scene with a paying customer in line. The cashiers tone and verbiage was uncalled for stating that customers are entitled and do whatever they want in her shop… I’m sure she’s not the owner based on her behavior, not to mention the other coworker witnessed everything and did not handle the misunderstanding appropriately. I did not like the customer service and I do not see myself going back to the shop, very unprofessional.
I have more the 15 minute here and still is closed and is 9:17 am and nothing
