While Vecina is a nice community, it has some drawbacks. The most significant issue is the severe lack of parking, which is enforced by a strict towing policy at night. In terms of amenities, the complex disappointingly lacks a hot tub. Furthermore, the dog park is consistently neglected and left unsanitary, making it an unpleasant space due to pet waste and flies.

- go read the new Yelp reviews- don’t rent here!!!! Retracting from my previous review, only hoping to finish my lease up as the amenities have seriously gone down. Walk into the dog park and it’s full of dog poop everywhere, go into the gym & it’s a playground for kids. Adding more info on apartments below also would recommend reading Yelp reviews ! I've lived here since 2020 and when they had recently opened a couple months prior & had construction still finishing up, and not once did I have a complaint about construction ... read more
