My opinion is based as an employee, as a dump trucks driver, when they hired me, I was happy to think that I would be part of a large company, then I realized "as a victim", that it is a monopoly that does not care which bosses believe they are gods of opportunities and fire as they want employees who are not in their circle of preferences with some races, and I also verified that their "HR" only functions as a moral screen for legal protocols.
