I have waited eight months for this appointment and after finally talking with Dr. Vecchiarelli, I feel safe and HOPE that he is going to help me.
Amazing experience. Logged in digitally, saw Intake after waiting less than 5 min. Waited annother short time after which Dr Vecchiarelli spent all the time I needed to address my issue. He was well informed about my situation prior to me sitting down. Doctors like this are rare these days. Felt seen and heard and excited to get better. Receptionist was all smiles, kind and helpful. Congrats on running a great office.
There is no phone number for patients so if a fax is sent there is no way to check or get notified from them you can only email. Really a round about system. Every time I call the receptionist or 3rd party people who answer the phone now after always so rude and don't listen. Blocked their number and never want to deal with them again. Stay away!!
