I made my appointment for this week and when I arrived I realized that they did not check me in and did not offer me an option to reschedule at another time, I just wasted my time. I'm not giving a lower rating because my complaint was with the front desk and not the doctor. If you are going to go, I recommend that you call a few days before to check if they actually made the appointment.
