Called about a dead car charger unit for my ev. The tech was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Found out that my circuit breaker had tripped and that's why I wasn't getting any power to my car charger unit. I flipped the switch all the way off because it was only in the middle position, meaning it was tripped. Then I flipped the switch all the way back on and I got power back to my charger unit. Called on the weekend and was able to get help. Only place around I think that's open on the weekend for electrical help... read more
