They rescheduled on us 4 times and ghosted us (accepted the job, but didn't show up during the agreed upon 2 hour window and never called to communicate so we sat around waiting for no reason). No communication, won't even tell us the job is cancelled until we call them after waiting the 2 hours, total waste of time. Absolutely terrible "business"

Our AC wasn’t keeping up. I contacted Ben and they had out by the next day. He diagnosed the problem and clean my duct system. Took care of it and got the AC working perfectly. I would 100% recommend V & E Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of WA. Great customer service!
Steven came out to do a checkup on our furnaces for the winter. He showed up right on time and did a thorough job. He talked me through some info about our systems, and answered my questions about humidifiers and maintenance in detail. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I will definitely use V & E Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of WA again in the future!
