My trial lens case covering came off and they won't replace it because it's been over a year. I have never carried it anywhere, it just sat in storage. Poor customer service, beware.

Eighteen years ago when I purchased my first equipment from Veatch instruments to this day this company has been there for me and my practice. Bobby is a wonderful person knows what he’s doing and always willing to help and save the day. Keep up the good work Veatch.

I have purchased numerous ophthalmic instruments over the years from Veatch and I can attest to the excellent customer service that I have consistently received. Bobby and the entire service department have always provided technical support long after the sale. Look nowhere else for any optometric/ophthalmic needs that you may have.

My company has been working with Veatch for over 10 years, both ordering new and servicing existing equipment. Bobby, the service manager, is always prompt when responding to emails and easy to work with. His service technicians, Stan and Steven, visit annually and do an excellent job making sure all of our equipment is calibrated, accurate and functioning properly.
