Ryan is the best. He is very responsive, friendly, provides a thorough explanation and a quote prior to service being done. I’ve taken my car here for a few years and I am completely satisfied with all the service and maintenance they’ve performed. I’ve taken my car to other shops and they don’t have the expertise and knowledge to service an import car like VE Motors does. It’s always fixed right the first time Highly recommend them.

Just want to give a shout out and a thank you to Ryan and the team. I called needing a transmission rebuild on my q60. And needed my car back within a week because I was going out of town. He made all the calls that were necessary was able to get me in right away. I had the transmission fully rebuilt back in the car and back to me in 5 days. A masterclass in how to lose a returning customer. I gave VE Motors a second chance after the owner, Al, was completely hostile about me using their waiting room during my last visit. Today, they told me they would refuse to align my car if I waited, while another customer was literally sitting in their lobby working on a laptop. To top off the blatant hypocrisy, Ryan handed me a $1,402.38 estimate to replace ONE rear wheel bearing. They tried to charge $700 in labor alone for a basic 1.5-hour bolt-on job. Trust Ryan and the team wholeheartedly, they've done some great work on my Jaguar F-Pace, she's running better than ever. Every mechanic shop is going to have bad experiences and reviews, but these guys are the real deal. I'm sure you can find cheaper work around, but I continue to bring my Jag here because I trust the quality of workmanship these guys put in.
