Dr. Gemma and Mike are lovely to deal with. Being a nervous owner of a 10-week old golden retriever, they were very reassuring and addressed all my concerns for my puppy. I never felt rushed during the appointment and were quite considerate in answering all my questions. Costs were reasonable. I would recommend them highly!
We are so glad that when our beloved Moodle "Mocha" tore her anterior cruciate ligament and was in excruciating pain that we took her to see Dr Gemma and Mike. They guided us through all the possible treatment options and when we finally elected to go with the TPLO surgery they looked after us every step of the way. Cannot recommend Dr Gemma and Mike enough! My new pup had a life threatening reaction to his first vaccination (provided by a different vet clinic). Even before ever stepping into an appointment both Gemma and Mike spent a good deal of time (over a three week period) talk to me about my new pup and following up with the previous vet clinic to understand as much as they could about potential reasons for the reaction and ways to mitigate the potential risks of future vaccinations.
