On November 23, 2010, my rental rights were wrongfully violated when this real estate brokerage company took the liberty to send subcontractors over to my apt. to do maintenance without giving me the required 24 hour notice per law. I'm talking about the owner. She is so rude and stupid I have seen ever. Always talk about their policy when you need something, but she did not take their responsibility even the room is broke.
as a management organization, Mather's is better than others I have had in this area
I move a lot and over the years I have rented two properties from Mathers. As far as landlords go, they are what I would expect in terms of service in I would highly recommend
