Good website, easy ordering, packaged well, sent and delivered fast, unfortunately the part (CV) was badly seized and unusable so to the person who removed it and who allowed it to be sent in such bad condition. However to the guy for the quick response and resolution, super nice polite and understanding. So they deserve 4 star for this transaction but I’m sure they deserve 5 star any other time.

I ordered a part for my Audi Q5 which arrived quickly but unfortunately it wasn’t the correct colour which wasn’t VDL’s fault. When I discovered the problem re the colour I contacted VDL again and they were most helpful and after I returned the item, quickly refunded the purchase price less a restock fee (which was fair enough). A tip: always quote your VIN number to ensure the exact part and if important, colour of the item purchasing. Alan Perth Australia
Ordered a window switch online for an Audi. Got it express posted, they shipped it out the same day and I had it in my hand in less than 48 hours even though I'm in WA. Pricing was also fantastic, far better than the wreckers here who charge next to New prices, for old car parts. Thanks VDL you've made my day
