We took our Australian Shepherd in for an Ultrasound and they were great with him. They followed up the next day and answered all my questions about some side effects he experienced from the sedation. I was very impressed with their level of followup both via text and phone. Definitely recommend them.
VDIC provided excellent service start to finish. Upon the initial referral we easily scheduled our canine ultrasound online. We promptly received a fact sheet indicating cost and confirmation for our appointment. Communication transpired throughout keeping us informed and assured. Scheduling was easy to navigate, and the whole team took such good care of my sweet boy. Dr. Williams was thorough and kind when going over results. Extremely professional and exceptional care all around.
My dog went in for an ultrasound for her GI issue. The next day her behaviour changed dramatically, like something was scaring her. 2 days later she was still acting strangely. I called VDIC and was told everything went smoothly. I guess I will never find out what happened to her during the procedure, but there’s no way I would bring her to VDIC again for anything.
VDIC was absolutely incredible. We had an abdominal ultrasound. We had a very sad outcome, but on the flip side they saved my girl from being in pain and suffering as she hid things so well. The staff was professional, compassionate, and incredibly kind. They explain things well and also had compassion telling me the sad news. I’m very thankful they got us in the next business day as time was critical for us. I highly recommend.
