Just got flipped off by an employee driving an ambulance looking VDB truck…..two white males. Not people you’d want around your family if they’re working on residential..
Great company to work with. Very prompt in responding to us reaching out from start to finish. Very professional and did a great job replacing our roof and cleaning up after completion. Highly recommend this company.
We signed a contract April 25th 2024 for them to do our roof, windows, siding. We constantly were calling them for a start date! Finally in September they came and did our roof. The flashing around the chimney was awful! Mike claimed it was not complete when we complained. He sent another guy to fix it. HE CUT INTO OUR NATURAL FIELDSTONE! IT looked like a 10 yr old did it! VDB team was great to deal with from start to finish on my bathroom remodel. It took me awhile to commit as any homeowner , I got multiple bids. Though VDB wasn’t the the cheapest , nor the most expensive, I decided to give them a try as the others with lower prices, didn’t seem to have as much knowledge and just didn’t sound right on some things. VDB did an awesome job replacing faucets on our stationary tub, very knowledgeable and customer service was top notch. Nic was an excellent assistant, with a charming personality!
