I live nearby a residential building VDA owns and called to make a noise complaint about one of their tenants and the office manager was very defensive and rude, telling me their tenants can be as loud as they want if it’s before 10pm and they’re inside their apt (which is not true according to LA noise ordinance). She also said I should call the cops on her tenant instead of taking a complaint from me. She also hung up on me.
