Called three times about tonsillitis and possible tonsillectomy. First woman I spoke to gave me incorrect information. The next woman was very rude and short. The last woman I spoke to with extremely rude and did not help me.
I've not visited here yet ! I had to cancel my appointment for emergency medical treatment.
I am SO GLAD I waited for an available orthopedic appointment here rather than some other walk-in place. I got a Tuesday appt through the website on a Sunday for after work. Graham Taylor a Physician Assistant was excellent! Very caring & knowledgeable. It was the end of the day, and I did not feel rushed at all. Xrays took no time. Great staff overall from registration, intake, xrays, etc.
