Time management could be way better. Don't ask me to show up 15 minutes early for an appointment and the PT therapist is still late to showing up for appointment. People have schedules they have to tend to and it makes it difficult when these appointments have to be arranged due to someone else being late
Plenty of parking for handicap spots and regular access. They are very efficient at getting people in and keeping them on track for their appointments. Adequate restroom access.
