I brought my boyfriend here, It was a Saturday, so we expected a long wait. He was brought into the back within 10 mins of our arrival, but it did take some time before the Dr. saw him (maybe another 20 mins) as she was the only Dr. there. All the staff were friendly, and appeared competent. We were very happy with the treatment he received.
Don’t waste your time here- drive the extra distance and go to Mechanicsville or Richmond. You’ll get better care
What kind of urgent care dont open till 9 ....make sure you dont have an emergency before 9am smh
I wouldn't trust this doctor or facility with my loved ones care ever again. I do not recommend this facility. The doctor acts as if he doesn't care about his patient's experience at all. Not only is his demeanor flat and he acts as if he's disinterested but he does not believe his patients when they tell him how they feel. The doctor told my wife she was lying about her pain.
