Was supposed to have a nerve study today. Needed to reschedule. When I called I was given no chance to reschedule, that they weren't open and the lady on the phone can only cancel appointments. Why is a random staff member not qualified to help me reschedule an appointment, but is qualified to cancel my appointments?? I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Layon doing my hip replacement. He explained how everything was going to happen. He made me comfortable with the whole procedure. I will eventually have to get my other hip replaced and I will definitely have him perform that one too. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an orthopedic surgeon.
I am very grateful for the doctors here. Always been a great experience.
Time management could be way better. Don't ask me to show up 15 minutes early for an appointment and the PT therapist is still late to showing up for appointment. People have schedules they have to tend to and it makes it difficult when these appointments have to be arranged due to someone else being late
