Great doctors, physical therapists, and staff! They have excellent equipment and space to work within. The PTs know exactly what exercises need to be done by the patients and work with them to achieve success!
Amazingly efficient check-in program. “5 Star” Rheumatology Physician Dr. Shah. The Second Floor Infusion & Lab Check-in could do with a few SMILES for the apprehensive patient.
Ms. Teena Bland ( a supervisor) treated my father in the most disrespectful manner and we will file a formal complaint with patient relations at VCU. I am worried about having my father go to this facility alone with this person treating people the way that she does. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable!
