I work (remotely) for a doctors office. I called in today to confirm a patient and to get the fax number for the office. I was put on hold- someone picked up thinking I was a patient. I was put back on hold- when someone finally picked back up she was so rude huffing at everything I asked, truly made it seem like I was a bother. I understand we all have bad days but kindness goes a long way.
I absolutely LOVE vcu. The front desk girls are very sweet and helpful. The nurses make you feel at home. I see the Andrea Garrett, NP and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Since day one, she has been welcoming. Every time I see her she is always smiling and ready to listen about what has been happening. I will not see anyone else. Thank you VCU for the excellent care and compassion you have shown me!
The staff at this facility are kind and courteous. Angel Daniels, DNP, FNP is treating me for numerous conditions and has my full trust in her abilities. Thank you everyone.
I’ve found that the receptionist isn’t the nicest, however I always get done what I need when I come in. And my doctor is incredible, I feel confident to tell her anything and she almost always has a suggestion for help :)
Dr. Schwartz is terrible. Go elsewhere.
