I have no cartilage in my right hip. I'm in constant pain and it's getting worse everyday. They take x-rays and then the answer is you need a hip but you're too fat to get one. They do not help with the pain they just look at you like you're some kind of a drug addict trying to get pills and I have literally never had a pain pill in my life. I'm 69 I would just love to have a little bit of a reprieve for the last years of my life.

I was told to be there by 7:45. Even confirmed my appointment time by messenger. Arrived at location & the doors were locked. Myself & other patients had to wait 15 minutes until the doors actually opened, which was 8:00am. When I told the receptionist what was going on, she responded "we don't open till 8". Can improve on customer serving. Just beware, they'll say check in at 7:45, but the doors don't actually open till 8.
