Very disappointed with the lack of care shown to my father in-law today at the VCU Care Building by Dr Al’Khalia and his staff. We will be seeking a referral to see another neurologist.
My son and I both were seen here. Staff is great and Dr. Williams was phenomenal. He is very direct and straight to the point. The truth can be brutal but I most certainly rather have a physician tell it like it is versus sugar coating.
Horrible man. I felt like i was on trial instead of getting help. this man belittled my conditions, factors in my PERSONAL life and my gender to go as far as assuming because im a girl with PTSD that someone BEAT me to develop it. this man ROLLED HIS EYES when I told him i am not insured, blamed me for my psychological problems like those things have an easy fix. treated me like i was a little girl asking "what do i want to be when i grow up" I AM ALMOST 30!
