My mom was here in the now Twin Lakes facility! Her treatment was awesome. She strived here. Staff was great especially PT and OT. TEN STARS!!
It was very alarming they wouldn't see me unless I had a living will on file and sign a consent form for them to treat me. She wanted me to sign the will then and there on the corner of her desk. That's not something you rush through! But it is something you make sure is complet before arrival if required. Fail on their part. I've had many surgeries, which should be more dangerous than a physical therapy apt but this wasn't an issue for a surgeon. They allow the patients to lay in there own feces I have noticed it several times as I visit the facility something Needs to be done about this I have family there in the facility
