I had been a patient at the VCU School of Dentistry student clinic. A large filling on an upper left tooth fell out, leaving exposed dentin and a risk of infection. On March 27, 2025 I arrived for a scheduled follow up and found my assigned student absent; the front desk had no notice, and I sat in the empty lobby for almost an hour. First visit to the urgent care clinic this morning, and all I can say is WOW! First-rate facility and everyone there was top-notch and very polite. Highly recommend to ANYONE!

They have been the most accommodating people and place I’ve ever dealt with. You might get a snobby receptionist every now and again but as far as service. But as far as getttin a tooth pulled or a filling ect!!! They alway asked if I neeeded anything, was I comfortable. I have a fear of needles, you would think of you see me cause I have tattoos everywhere. And the team I had knew I was scared of them and they were just the best. i’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for almost 3 months now. first i actually got all my information put in, was told i’ll receive an email with my appointment details, and received nothing. next business day appointments were full. this time i called and their appointments are already fully booked for the month… they’ve been open for barely two days. by the time i get an appointment they’re just gonna have to pull the whole tooth out haha
