I ordered a pair of Docker shoes from Designer Shoe Warehouse(DSW) and they are damaged. Contacted customer service and asked for a replacement shoelace. They told me that they couldn't,"just send them back". I could barely understand the associate. I learned that it is better to shop at a store so I can insure that the product isn't damaged. Just one lace ... one would think that it would be easy to get.
Truck drivers- checkin with security for dock assignment … proceed to back for loading..pick up paperwork near dock door 34…directions to facility from Jersey turnpike provided…
Very long check in process everytime you come in. Had to wait forever to see where they wanted me to drop trailer.
