My senior dog had to be put down and I signed up for this plan on Mar 1 2024 and we had to put him down on Mar.21. Nowhere on the agreement I signed mentioned about continuing to pay for a wellness plan when you have a dog that is now deceased. The vet Friendship Animal Hospital tried to give me an agreement that was never given to me. I have the form that was given to me. Don't sign up for this plan. Its a scam. They are only open during random days of the week. Never on the weekend. The customer service number doesn't work. They might pick up and they might not. The customer service center open when it wants too. Horrible
