A few weeks ago I went to consult with Dr Markova, but I left really disappointed. I waited much longer than other people who came after me, and as a Spanish-speaking patient without insurance I felt ignored and dismissed. When I walked out, I even saw a family scanning a front-desk sign offering gift cards for leaving a review, which made the whole experience feel even more discouraging.
A few years ago, I took the leap and got Invisalign with Dr. Markova and it was great. Her payment plans are well-priced, and her office and staff are exceptional. I recently had a dentist appointment and he said that I must be in the top 1% due to how straight my teeth were. If you do plan to get Invisalign from Dr. Markova, make sure to get the plan with one free pair of replacement retainers - you won’t regret it. 😊
