Vince is awesome, does a great job with song choice for every step.
VCI audio was by far the most frustrating vendor to work with throughout our wedding planning. The total lack of communication previous reviews have stated could not be more true. I sent emails, texts, and called him multiple times with no response. Finally, he answered the phone from my mother in law and had every excuse in the book. He said he saw my emails but ignored them because he thought my fiancé and I weren’t communicating (about our wedding). Amazing service, friendly DJ who interacted with our junior high students in a positive manner. He had them engaged and dancing all night. We appreciate his checking on lyrics for some of the requests before he played, and his positive demeanor. By far the best interaction I have ever had on both service and performance from a DJ for a public school event. Highly, highly recommend.
Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK. Attempted to communicate by email, phone call, and text and would hardly ever or never get a response to things. I had a specific song I tried to send to him but he refused to answer any of my attempts to communicate ahead of time leaving me asking face to face about it the day before the wedding and he responded using profanity at me for not getting it to him ahead of time. Vince was incredible!!! He created a timeline with us in our pre-event meeting. as we got swept up in our wedding day, he would come nudge us into the next phase.. from cocktail hour to dinner to speeches to our first dance and cake cutting… he truly made me feel like i could just be in the moment.
