Terrible experience. DO NOT BOOK. Attempted to communicate by email, phone call, and text and would hardly ever or never get a response to things. I had a specific song I tried to send to him but he refused to answer any of my attempts to communicate ahead of time leaving me asking face to face about it the day before the wedding and he responded using profanity at me for not getting it to him ahead of time. Vince was incredible!!! He created a timeline with us in our pre-event meeting. as we got swept up in our wedding day, he would come nudge us into the next phase.. from cocktail hour to dinner to speeches to our first dance and cake cutting… he truly made me feel like i could just be in the moment. We had the pleasure of working with DJ James and Photobooth attendant Israel this past weekend and they were awesome!!! We had two very different families coming together for a wedding and we were worried about music and it all meshing well between the two families. Our DJ James did absolutely fantastic reading the crowd and gauging what was working well. He got everyone out on the dance floor and all our guests, regardless of age, had a really great time. Please read the recent reviews as they all say the same thing. The communication was HORRIBLE from their side. We got married at Barber Park and felt as though Vince didn't care at all about us since we weren't getting married at the Kuna Castle. I really liked James and thought he was very sweet on the day of but that doesn't make up for playing the wrong song as the BRIDE IS WALKING DOWN THE AISLE. Over all very overpriced and I would not recommend them.
VCI was by far the most frustrating vendor I dealt with for my wedding. It took over a 6+ months of emails, calls, and texts to get a simple dance floor booked. Most of my emails and texts would go unanswered. Of the communication that was answered, the follow ups from VCI rarely came in as promised. After finally securing the contract, we then got more conflicting communication after requesting we set up our 12x12 dance floor be set up as 10x14 due to space constraints.
