VERY disappointed. The communication was great up until the weekend of my wedding. We met with the venue on Wednesday 10/25 to see when we could start decorating and Victor from VCI said they would need more than the 5 hours given by the venue to setup the 20x20 dance floor (which I already paid $4000 for). We paid the venue $300 extra to allow VCI enough time to set up the dance floor. I emailed Victor 10/25 to inform him we paid extra so he could have the time he needed to set up.
