i truly do not understand why the VCC gary center has low reviews… i visited them twice this past week and i had a great experience. the front desk staff can be a little cold, but once you talk to them they are helpful. my first visit was with dr mansuri and he was so welcoming and made me feel seen/heard. ive had troubles in the past getting an oncologist referral but dr mansuri made it happen without any issues. im very thankful for him and im excited to have him as my doctor. i also visited the dentist and i absolutely LO... read more
Called days ahead to schedule an appointment for psychiatric care with my referral from insurance and pcp and I called just for that and the receptionist understood it and still put me down for an appointment for a physical . Why would I give you a referral for a physical. Left work and waited for nothing.
This place doesn't accommodate there patients knowing there some with handicap disabilities
This is the worst hand down medical office around!! The staff doesn't do their jobs they don't bother to call you when your results are in nor do they send over your referrals to get your testing. They say your portal will have your info HOWEVER THEY NEVER put the info your needing in!!! This place should be shut down they are a liability at this point. Best part is they will have the receptionist read your test results and when you ask them question they cant answer cause they are all incompetent!!!
Thank you so very very much to my chiropractor Jennifer Lovern DC @ vcc la habra and her nurse Leticia. They are both very nice, sweet, and professional people. Dr Jennifer adjusted my back and my neck it felt as if the whole world 🌎 was removed from my shoulders literally shes that goooood. I've been to other chiropractors but hands down, she is amazing at her work. I believe in her and her team 💯 thank you sooooo very much. You both are gems to the gary Center Inc.
