I had a really disappointing experience at VCC Salon. I asked for a chocolate brown color and i had hair color here for almost 3 times ,but this time, there was no visible change at all-my hair looked exactly the same after the color. I paid $89, and honestly, it felt like I just paid for chemicals without any result. The student who worked on my hair was on her second semester and I found out later that her instructor was on holiday. Great experience retouching my roots
I was here for hair cut and deep conditioning treatment, my experience was not good at all. I had briefed and even showed picture of haircut that I wanted (layers) . Student who cut my hair clearly did not know how to do a layer hair cut. Also, student forgot that I had taken appointment for deep conditioning treatment, I had to remind him.
