I’ve been using VCC for over two years now. Their medical staff is great. Everything else? Awful. The call system is the worst ever. It takes absurdly long to get anyone to get the thing you need. If you are trying to do anything other than a basic appointment it’s a nightmare and you’ll spend several hours trying to do it. They left me a voicemail that I had diabetes after blood work and when I went there they had no idea what I was talking about and denied that they said that until I showed them my voicemail on my phone. They they apologized, Also there a lady name Amanda Santiago she’s the physicians assistant. She Has a horrible attitude and treats people very poorly. WOW! I am so impressed ...so happy with the services provided by VCC for my husband thIs morning. Not only did they provide transportation at the last minute they also worked together as a team to make sure he was provided a return ride home. So thank you Jackie..thank you transportation guy( so cute) I appreciate the work you do... thank you to all the support team at VCC.... GOOD JOB!! .....YOU ROCK!
