WOW! I am so impressed ...so happy with the services provided by VCC for my husband thIs morning. I’ve had a lot of doctors through the years due to being military and I’ve never had the difficulties with providers like I have had here. First off, their automated system is the worst and you waste 20 minutes on simply trying to talk to a real person. Second, if you have any issues with hormones or women’s health, good luck. I lost my pink iPad at VCC on the pediatric side and the location was still showing that it was there. When I went back to check, the staff said they didn’t see it and didn’t know where it was. I left my information, and the office manager did call me later, which I appreciated, and said she would keep an eye out for it.
