Was recently referred here by my insurance and this clinic is a joke. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you finally do, after going though 10 different menus, they tell you they can’t help you and transfer you to voicemail. My doctor was supposed to write a prescription for me and never did. I have been reaching out to the clinic for 2 weeks now without a response. When I finally spoke to someone today, they said they see my message, but that it doesn’t require a callback from my doctor.
Great staff and Dr's that truly care. No waiting at all and always on time.
Dr. Miller is excellent!!!!
very professional. whether it is the staff at the office or the nursing staff. they take the time to examine you, they take pain into account and easily direct you to the relevant ecamen services. we really liked VCC at Horne st.
