Visited VCare recently and came to know that they are open to Primary care for 7 days a week. I struggled to get my primary care appointment for last couple of months, It was quick in and out. Doctors a knowledgeable and detailed oriented.
I went to Dr. siva because she advertised herself as an internal medicine physician and agreed to be my primary care provider. Instead, I was billed as a “specialty visit” with for higher copay, and charged for a flu vaccine that should be free under insurance. On top of that, I never received any bills from their office — now they’re harassing me for payment after a year and falsely claiming they made “multiple attempts” to contact me.
