Very poorly run facility. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return phone calls. Dr. Sivakumar does not follow up with results of lab tests. In one case we were never advised of an aortic aneurysm after having a calcium cardiac scan. In another case she ordered blood work just for thyroid and not complete blood work. Went to a different urgent care clinic. This doctor ordered complete blood work and sent me to the ER the next morning because blood test results were very serious.
