Had a great experience here. The office was very clean and waiting area was very comfortable. Office manager Angie was very friendly and very patient, and the staff, tech, and Dr. Nitzsche attended to my dog very quickly, and Dr. Nizsche immediately administered oxygen and IV fluid on my 15lb fur baby who had very extensive puncture wounds around his neck and bruises all over his belly being attacked by a friend's 100lb dog. We LOVE and miss you so much our sweet baby girl. This would be a Zero star but it wouldn't let me post that! We just lost our precious 7 year old dog, a Brussels Griffon, thanks to VCA. I could not get her into our normal vet in a timely manner, and we felt that she needed care ASAP. On Wednesday March 18, 2020 I mistakenly called VCA Yucca Valley and they were able to get her in the same day.
