Deeply Disappointed, VCA The Woodlands Let Our Cat Down We’ve been loyal clients of VCA The Woodlands since we adopted our cat at just 2 months old. He’s now a year old. Today, after a stressful full day of repiping in our home, we noticed he hadn’t urinated all day and was visibly uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly. The Dr. very informative. She took her time with us and after a little more questions.
They lied about my dog and then had to put her to sleep and then they lied about the dog care insurance and say then can't close it until you pay them for services when your dog was put to sleep and then say once you pay the bill we can close the insurance yet the wont pay back for money for shots she got a week before she was put to sleep and charged to put her to sleep
