Normally I don’t bother with reviews but in this case I’m extremely upset. After we boarded our dogs we discovered they had fleas. I called to talk to management within a week and played phone tag for over a week. After dealing with the issue a few weeks later still, I called back to follow up. I was told nothing could be done because the dog’s stay was close to a month ago and I did not make the facility aware! Management should have better customer service and tried to fix the situation!!
RecommendedStaff is wonderful and the facility is amazing! Clean and spacious kennels for all breeds! Most importantly all kennels are indoor and air conditioned.
We have taken our dogs here for almost 5 years. The staff is fabulous and love our dogs just like we do. Our dogs love to stay at the kennel.
Awesome people!! Thanks for all the help in the last year with our pets!
