Overpriced and underqualified Since they were bought by VCA several years back they have used bullying tactics to hard sell services, and are distant, aloof, and uncaring. The front desk is cold and lazy. I had to wait ten minutes to be acknowledged every time I went in. The only doctor who has any warmth is Dr. Schulke. The new young asian woman dr who told me my dog had lung cancer was horrible when I came back several months later with my new puppy.
