Very compassionate care from all staff and Dr Gillum when it was time to put my cat down. Thank you♥️
They are nice enough. The vet is knowledgeable enough and explains things throughly and you can tell that they genuinely care about what they do. You will not be seen on time and the staff doddles. You will wait in the lobby well past your appointment time then wait in a back room for another extended period of time. The vet will come in and do their examine and then you will wait again. I’ve been taking my dog here for about 3 years now. This is the best vet I’ve ever taken my dog to. Dr. Gillum is amazing. She really cares and gives your pet thorough attention during the visit. All of the other employees are caring, thoughtful, and friendly as well.
This clinic took over after my Dad retired after being the owner for 40+ years. They had big shoes to fill. The front end staff and the doctor are top notch, and very thorough! I truly appreciate their honesty with pricing BEFORE they do the tests, etc. They allow me to decide what I can afford and what is 100% necessary! THANK YOUUUUUU! Mama Pinks and Princess Spencer!
