This was my first time at VCA Westside, and the team is just fantastic. Dr. Laura Winemiller, my cat Winston’s vet was especially helpful. She was incredibly kind, compassionate and understanding, & worked to get my cat the care he needed, all while within my tight budget for what kind of care I could actually afford. My dogs have been patients at VCA Westside since we moved to West Sacramento 20 years ago. We took my dog to her annual exam about 3 weeks ago and I was very disappointed with the customer service provided by the staff at this facility. I've chosen to go here due to convenience and care over the years. However, this most recent visit has changed my mind and I will no longer be taking my pets here.
