During my recent visit I left with my dogs face cut up by their clinic cat. I brought my dog in and told staff that she is reactive and to be careful with her, but when she was brought to the back to get her vaccines the clinic cat was in the procedure room. My dog reacted, and the cat scratched her face causing her to bleed. Seeing blood on my dogs face after I trusted your staff devastated me especially after the fact I WARNED THEM about her reactivity.
