VCA is fine for getting vaccines but if you need an appointment in the next two days (has happened 3 times in the last year unfortunately) as one of your pets is sick they will not have a spot open. Fine - they are busy - it happens. Unfortunately, they are also negligent. Our cat wasn't doing so well so we brought her in. We were told to monitor her and then bring her back Saturday if she hadn't improved.
