My rating is based on my experience with the front desk. Very rude. Seemed inexperienced. We have found another office with a friendly staff. I found this unfortunate, as I am told the vets are great.
This is a review more about how they handled the loss of my Pookey vs my experience today at Mission Emergency. Out of the blue I'm told the only real option for Fifi (yes she's a standard poodle) is euthanasia. I have NO time to process this and so many questions, we did everything right. Wellborn was amazing on so many levels comparatively speaking. Their staff, how they handled her passing, sending a free paw print with her name, the cremation, Everything!!!
